We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to cellardoor@kimboltonwines.com.au to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at 08 8537 3002 for return instructions.
Kimbolton cellar door experiences range from 1 hour to 2 hours.
Should you decide to cancel a booking within 24hrs of arrival, you may incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellation fees apply to any and all circumstances, including severe weather events as well as any factor that is out of the control of Kimbolton Wines. Alternatively, a full credit can be applied for use at a later date.
For any clarification regarding these conditions please contact cellar door to discuss. Should you be running late please contact us immediately, your allocated time slot will only be held for 15 minutes after your arrival time.
Please note all Public Holidays will incur a 15% surcharge on food.
You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 72 hours before the date and time of the event. After this time we will transfer your ticket to another event of your choice.
Please call us at least 24 hours before the scheduled event on 08 85373002 if you wish to cancel your ticket.
Bookings cancelled before 24hrs receive a full refund, however, cancellation within 24hrs may forfeit your booking fee.
